A lightweight, modular chest rig vest constructed from durable two-layer 560D Cordura laminate. It features laser-cut attachments compatible with the MOLLE system.
The main open cargo compartment includes an insert for 4 magazines. Shock-cord protection with a comfortable Cordura handle keeps magazines from slipping out unintentionally while allowing easy access. On the front, a removable tray with an organizer provides space for additional gear. A velcro panel is available for attaching various patches or emblems.
At the bottom of the vest, two paracord loops allow for carrying extra gear, which can be attached using, for example, a carabiner.
The carrying system is comprised of detachable straps with a comfortable padding and a removeable waist belt. Inside the main panel, a molded mesh spacer offers efficient air circulation.
The MAPA camouflage pattern is created by Maciej Dojlitko, who is a graduate and currently a researcher at the Faculty of Architecture and Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk. He is the author of, among other works, Theory of Deconstruction of Visual Communication. Tools for designing military camouflage (Gdansk 2015). The design is innovative, backed by strong theoretical and experimental arguments, including the computer analysis of thousands of terrain photographs, which captured the attention of experts and military clothing manufacturers. The MAPA camouflage premiered in 2017 at the International Defense Industry Exhibition in Kielce, being showcased as a camouflage pattern for the Dromader system of armor and uniforms by Maskpol, part of the Polish Armament Group. Initially developed for the Territorial Defense Forces, the MAPA pattern was also considered as a potential design for the entire Polish Armed Forces to replace the wz.93 camouflage. Unfortunately, it has yet to be adopted as the official camouflage pattern for the Polish Army.
Key features of the MAPA camouflage in its basic forest variant:
- Consists of 6 colors creating layers akin to map levels,
- Colors are fine-tuned for operations in Central European forests,
- The pattern uses three-dimensional illusions and anamorphosis effects,
- Biomorphic shapes resemble vegetation,
- High-contrast components simulate light flashes and shadows,
- The macro pattern distorts the silhouette being concealed,
- Color noise mimicked by a micro pattern.
The MAPA pattern serves as an intriguing alternative to top contemporary camouflage patterns such as PenCott, MultiCam, Kryptek, Flecktarn, or Finnish M/05. In certain aspects, it is more sophisticated and accurately matches the colors found in Central European woodlands from later spring to early autumn.

This chest rig is really well made and looks very good. A big advantage is the molle all over the surface, which gives great possibilities for expansion – you can easily add both pistol and rifle pouches.
