This backpack is somewhat reminiscent of the Zipperfox, which I also liked a lot. Wisport's idea with the inserts is spot on – it allows you to organize things inside according to your own needs.

A 40-liter patrol backpack crafted from durable and abrasion-resistant 500D Cordura.
The main compartment can be accessed through a U-shaped zipper. This opening style enables the stiffened side sections of the backpack to be unfolded, which provides easier access to the additional cargo pouches (secured with Velcro) included with the backpack.
Equipped with two open side pockets perfect for water bottles or extra gear, and a top pocket with a zipper. The back features a flat pocket with a zipper, and there's an added pocket at the bottom of the backpack housing a rain cover.
Side walls are fitted with MOLLE/PALS mounting straps, allowing for the attachment of extra pockets. A helmet or climbing helmet can be secured on the front of the design's stiffened flap. Also present is a Velcro panel on the front for attaching patches like Morale Patches, and an additional bungee cord to fasten gear.
The carrying system includes ergonomic shoulder straps with adjustable length, a chest strap, and a wide hip belt secured with a durable Duraflex buckle. The hip belt can be neatly tucked under a plate on the back panel.
The interior padding of the shoulder straps helps to reduce shoulder irritation during long hikes with heavy loads. Shoulder straps are ergonomically designed to distribute the load evenly across the shoulders. Between the shoulder straps is a handle for easy carrying of the backpack by hand or for attaching it to a luggage rack. Comfort is ensured with foam lining on the panel closest to the back.
