The CAT7 is very easy to install. The Velcro fastener holds firmly, so the tourniquet can't fall out, yet it's easy to remove by gently pulling on it. I attached it under my vest, but interestingly, I couldn't attach it to a Mustang plus Warhowk belt because the Velcro is reversed—you'd have to fasten it with the inside facing your body.

Medical pouch designed to conveniently carry tactical stasis - CAT type hemostatic tourniquet. It is made of abrasion- and tear-resistant Cordura 500D. Thanks to the Velcro fastener, you can quickly remove the stasis inside it.
The stasis is attached with a double-sided Velcro panel adapted for attachment to the edge of the front panel of a tactical vest. This solution ensures that the stasis will always be within easy reach, while not occupying mounting spaces on the vest.

MultiCam is a state-of-the-art camouflage pattern developed in 2002 by US company Crye Precision in cooperation with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior program.
