The CAT7 is very easy to install. The Velcro fastener holds firmly, so the tourniquet can't fall out, yet it's easy to remove by gently pulling on it. I attached it under my vest, but interestingly, I couldn't attach it to a Mustang plus Warhowk belt because the Velcro is reversed—you'd have to fasten it with the inside facing your body.

Medical pouch designed to conveniently carry tactical stasis - CAT type hemostatic tourniquet. It is made of abrasion- and tear-resistant Cordura 500D. Thanks to the Velcro fastener, the stasis inside it can be quickly removed.
The stasis is attached with a double-sided Velcro panel adapted for attachment to the edge of the front panel of a tactical vest. This solution ensures that the stasis will always be within arm's reach, while not occupying the mounting spaces on the vest.
