A horizontal medical tray crafted to accommodate and transport an Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK). Constructed from a durable and abrasion-resistant blend of 500D Cordura and Squadron Cordura. Secured using a YKK AquaGuard two-way waterproof zipper.
The pouch includes an outer adjustable cover that ensures open two-way access to the IFAK first aid kit stored inside. Both segments are joined with Velcro to prevent unintended separation. The entire pack connects to the back pocket of the tactical vest via a two-way Velcro panel. The pouch aligns with tactical vests that feature a back pocket closed with Velcro at the bottom.
Elastic straps within the tray offer easy arrangement of the contents, while a print on the front of the first aid kit marks its placement in the pouch.
The front of the tray features a Velcro panel for attaching any personal emblems. Additionally, the cut medical cross pattern includes pull-outs that allow a change of color to red or black.

The product is definitely worth its price. I was convinced by the use of velcro instead of molle mounting. In addition to mounting on a belt, a big plus is also the ability to install it under the back panel of a vest. If I were the manufacturer, I would only consider a minor change to the insert design—instead of a zipper, I would use hook-and-loop, similar to what was done in the roll 1 from Ferro Concepts.
