M-Tac folding tactical Anchor

The product is good. The only flaw is transportation—it can damage your backpack because it lacks a cover. The little anchor is small, and once hooked, it holds well. At this price, it's a reasonable choice. It's worth adding at least a piece of material so as not to ruin your backpack or bag.

Nice, compact and well-made little anchor. It's quite sharp, so you can dull it a bit with a file if that bothers you. Unfortunately, there wasn't a cover included, which is a downside. It's also worth buying a screw link to complete the set.

First, a few disadvantages that are worth mentioning for an objective assessment—there's no cover at all, not even a simple one, and the edges are very sharp, which can damage a bag, but the sharp edges do allow the anchor to hold very well. Advantages include the low price, easy mounting, and exceptional durability. It held two adult men without any signs of damage (though I wouldn't recommend using it that way). If a cover were included, even for a higher price, the rating would be the highest. Unfortunately, the lack of a dedicated case forces DIY solutions and for that I deduct one point.

I haven't tested the strength myself, but according to the manufacturer, it can hold up to 420 kg, so even two people can hang on it. It comes in a plastic bag, and the coating on the surface makes your hands dirty—just clean it. Despite the lack of a cover, I recommend it because you never know when it will come in handy.
