The compass is very decent, its size allows it to be conveniently stored in a pocket or pouch. The mirror is sturdy and doesn’t look like an ordinary piece of sheet metal, so it might have more uses than just signaling. I checked the compass readings using my phone and another compass – everything matches exactly.

I bought this compass as a spare or in case I lose it or need to lend it to someone. For me, it is convenient and does its job. Although it’s not the Silva brand, the price is much more favorable.
