Freeze-drying is the process of vacuum removal of water from food products at very low temperatures (-50 deg. C). Thanks to this advanced production technology, freeze-dried food constitutes a wholesome and full-calorie meal, complete in every respect, and also meeting the stringent requirements for extreme sports such as climbing, mountaineering, sailing, or qualified tourism, both in summer and winter seasons.
