The boots have a raised upper made of nubuck leather, resistant to damage and coated with a hydrophobic coating, which increases resistance to moisture. The Metal Free construction, meaning completely free of metal components, makes the shoes suitable for airport work, as they are not detectable by metal detectors. Additionally, this solution reduces weight and increases comfort during use.
The advanced Gore-Tex membrane effectively protects against soaking, while providing breathability and windproofness. The raised, padded upper further supports the ankle joint, minimizing the risk of injury. The tongue sewn high makes it difficult for water and dirt to penetrate the shoe.

The Renegade II GTX MID TF MF features a Lowa Patrol outsole with a contoured tread, which provides excellent cushioning and traction on varied surfaces. The midsole uses Monowrap technology, combining the outsole with an inner PU foam, which increases stability, thermal insulation and foot protection. The specially developed midsole design provides a comfortable fit and foot hold.
Lacing system
The shoes are equipped with sturdy laces, which are woven through sturdy grommets for quick and comfortable lacing. There is a loop at the back for easy insertion and removal of the shoes.

Gore-Tex is a thin membrane made of polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE), which features a microporous structure. Its structure makes it highly water- and wind-resistant, as well as breathable. The membrane's pores are 700 times larger than a molecule of water vapor, which allows it to efficiently wick moisture to the outside. Gore-Tex is widely used in the production of outdoor clothing and footwear.
Monowrap is a three-dimensional shoe sole construction technology developed by Lowa. The combination of an injection-molded polyurethane rubber frame along with an outsole and cushioning foam provides better stability and protection for the foot. The sole form absorbs shock and supports the natural movement of the foot when walking.
