Leatherman Wave Plus Polish Army Multitool with sheath

Leatherman Wave Plus is a multitool with a very durable construction and wide range of uses. The tool is made of high-quality stainless steel, ensuring long life even with frequent use. The elements open effortlessly, and the locks feel solid and safe. The pliers, knives, saw, and screwdrivers work accurately and conveniently. It's an excellent choice for DIY enthusiasts, travelers, and technical workers alike. The Plus version, with the ability to replace the plier blades, is a great upgrade over the older model. The high quality and usefulness are worth the price.

I have a Leatherman Wingman and decided to switch to the Wave+ because... With my previous multitool, after many years of use, I started to miss a few things: - Wingman is smaller, and when unfolded didn’t fit well in my hand, especially since I have large hands; - Wingman has non-replaceable wire cutters, which over time dulled and I couldn’t do anything with them; - It lacks a bit holder – there’s only a fixed Phillips and flathead, but they don’t lock, which is inconvenient if you need to use force, as the tool starts folding; - Lacks small screwdrivers, e.g. for glasses; - On the Wingman knife, the blade is a combination of straight and serrated, whereas in the Wave+ these are separate. Overall, all the tools in the Wave+ are larger than in the Wingman. However, the advantage of the Wingman is the spring-loaded pliers, which is something I miss a bit in the Wave+. Some elements in the Wave+, like the bit slot or bottle opener, could be a bit bigger because, due to their minimalism, they are hard to grip – especially with gloves. Buying the Wave+ was a great choice – I don’t regret it and recommend it to everyone. The price is high, but the product is really worth it. I also got custom engraving and the workmanship is at a very high level. As for the store Militaria.pl, as always, I recommend – best selection, prices, and service. I shop only there.

The multitool is durable, and its quality matches the price. Right out of the box, the hinges move slowly, so as recommended by the manufacturer, it's worth lubricating the friction points. The only downside is the steel used for the Leatherman blades – I expected better quality for this price.

I rate it 10/10, although I thought it would be bigger. A nice feature is the ability to open it with one hand. The blades are very good, especially the scissors. I was surprised that the sheath has a very narrow slot for the belt, which makes it difficult to put on a thick belt, but thanks to that it doesn't move around.

Great tool, a well thought-out set of functions. Compared to other models, the scissors are a bit small, but at least they exist. In the end, I chose the ARC model, as I preferred its tool selection better.

A few months ago my sister and I bought this model for our dad's 60th birthday. Dad, who is quite a practical person, thanked us for the cool gadget :) However, after the multitool saved him twice in car emergencies, he really appreciated it and sometimes even asks me about details of its operation. At first, he thought it was too expensive – now he says it’s worth every penny. In my opinion, the tool is very durable and beautifully designed. It fits very well in the hand, and the elegant sheath is an additional advantage.

As always, the equipment is very solidly made. Works well both at work and outside of it. I recommend it to everyone who values material durability and long-term use.

This is my next Leatherman multitool – this time I went for a classic and I'm very satisfied. You can immediately feel the high quality of workmanship, and the set of tools is well selected. For the first time, I have the option to use interchangeable screwdriver tips – that's a great convenience. The blades are solid, and the pliers are also quite good. Highly recommend!

Every tool in the multitool is solid and well fitted. It works both in the workshop and on outdoor trips. The quality of workmanship is at a very high level.

Wave+ is an exceptional multitool, and thanks to the ability to add a bit driver and bits, it becomes extremely versatile – great for home, work, travel, and as an important part of your EDC or BOB kit. The Polish version, although available only in silver (unfortunately not black), has an important addition: a box cutter blade known from the Charge and Surge models. The leather sheath is luxurious and great for presentation, but for field use, cordura or nylon would be better. The tool is excellently made, very sharp, pliers work flawlessly, can be opened with one hand, and the scissors cut really well. It’s solid high-class gear. At this price, it’s hard to find a better multitool. I only regret the lack of a black version, but stainless steel may be even more convenient for most people. For most: the steel Polish Wave+ with the luxurious sheath is a great, highly recommended choice.

An outstanding multitool, truly worth its price. The price might seem high, but it's such high quality and has so many uses that it's worth every penny. I recommend it! It's proven itself in many situations.

Very good quality leather sheath, and also a blade for cutting lines and seatbelts like in the Charge model. I bought it cheaper than the standard Wave+, it’s definitely worth every penny spent.

I got it as a gift. Very solid and precisely made. One minus – the Polish Army version could have a dedicated tool for punching pins in weapons or magazines. You can figure something out with what's already included, but it's a pity there's no special element for this.
