Kolibri K-240 Pontoon - Dark Grey

A lightweight and maneuverable paddle pontoon in Dark Grey is designed for use in various conditions where mobility, durability, and quick readiness for work are crucial. The construction allows for the use of both oar propulsion and an optional engine.

The model is characterized by a compact form when folded and ease of use, allowing for easy transport and preparation for use without the need for specialized equipment. The materials used and design solutions guarantee appropriate stiffness and stability while maintaining resistance to external factors and intensive use.

The pontoon is made of 5-layer PVC with a grammage of 850 g/m2, which is highly resistant to mechanical damage. The material is resistant to environmental factors - it does not degrade due to UV radiation and maintains its properties in contact with saltwater, fuel, and chemicals.

The structure remains flexible and durable over a wide temperature range from -30 to +60 deg. C, allowing the pontoon to be used in a variety of climatic conditions.

The seams are made using a contact method with 2-component polyurethane adhesive, ensuring high tightness and durability of connections. Additional internal and external reinforcements increase resistance to leakage during intensive use.

The sides are equipped with partitions separating the air chambers in a conical shape. This solution allows for pressure balancing between the chambers, which affects stability and safety during use.

When folded, the model reaches compact dimensions of 85 x 45 x 30 cm, allowing it to be transported even in a passenger car without the need for a trailer. The assembly of the pontoon is smooth and takes about 15 minutes, and the process of inflating and folding is uncomplicated and does not require specialized tools.

The model is equipped with elements that enhance comfort and safety of use. Safety lines facilitate maneuvering and lifting the pontoon, as well as increase the level of safety in emergency situations. Oar mounting holders ensure stable positioning of the oars during rowing and influence ease of handling.

The pontoon is equipped with a hinged transom allowing installation of an engine with a maximum power of 2.5 HP. This solution allows for increased mobility and reduced effort when covering greater distances.
