Kazak Pro sharpening system - Black
A device designed for sharpening knives of various shapes and sizes. It guarantees a stable and precise clamping of the knife in the clamps, allowing it to be turned without having to remove it from the holder. Sharpening is quick, safe and requires no special skills on the part of the user. The kit also includes an electronic protractor.
Steel guide bar and aluminium clamps
The guide bar with a diameter of 8 mm and a surface roughness of 0.4 Ra is made of alloy steel, which is highly resistant to damage. The clamps are made of 7075 aluminium, enriched with heat treatment to increase their strength.
mechanism V.2, toothed rails, angle adjustment
The model uses a modern mechanism for quick adjustment of the sharpening angle (UBR V.2), based on a toothed guide rail. As the knob is turned, the hinged carriage slides along the rail, allowing the sharpening angle to be changed smoothly and precisely with a single movement. The unit also features a built-in hook and quick release rotary head frame, allowing the cutting edge of the knife to be checked without removing it from the clamps. In addition, there is an option to lock the rotary unit.
The unit's vertical tilt adjustment assembly allows the position of the unit to be adjusted to suit individual needs. On the rail there is a top hole with an M8 thread for mounting a lighting system. The model also features a space for an electronic protractor.
