Great equipment for home workouts. Why did I choose 2 kg? With this kind of gear, technique is more important than ego. The 2 kg club is perfect for learning proper technique, as well as for rehabilitation with shoulder protraction, preparing for heavier loads, and preventing injuries.

Very good equipment for exercises, I started with 4 kg and I am satisfied. It's great for single-handed exercises to start with, but it's rather too light for two hands. As others have written, at first there is a noticeable smell of paint, fortunately it goes away after a few days. Initially, fresh paint can stain gloves. I think I'll buy a heavier version soon.

Excellent for strength training for shooters. It perfectly strengthens the shoulder girdle, arms, as well as joints and tendons. You can find examples of mace exercises for shooters on YouTube. I recommend starting with a lighter one, e.g., 4 kg, and gradually increasing the weight to 6 kg or 8 kg over time.

Very nice mace, works great for shooting exercises. I recommend using the trainings available on YouTube. It's worth buying several maces with different weights and matching them to your skill level. My goal is to be able to use a 6-kilogram mace ;)
