The scissors cut through a two-layer sock, but have difficulty with a bandage—they need to be used close to the center of the blades, as the tips separate and do not cut anymore. Maybe only my piece is like this. Cheap, regular paper scissors work better. I kept them because they were inexpensive, have a safety feature, and might come in handy someday for cutting bandages or dressings. However, I plan to buy better ones for the first aid kit, or just put regular paper scissors in there.

JB Tacticals tactical scissors have a compact size and are sharp enough to easily cut through fabric. Although they are not specialized rescue equipment, they will be more than sufficient in a first aid kit. The price is alright.

The price is fully satisfactory. My piece is sharp – I also tested it on fabrics. The scissors are lightweight and have the right size. They are not suitable for very demanding tasks, but they are a great addition to a first aid kit in a backpack. At this price, I choose them instead of the Vera brand product.

An indispensable component of every first aid kit or survival set. Very easy to use. Good quality considering the low price. They will definitely work well in practice. I recommend this product.
