HMS Set with pilates stick DC31

HMS set designed for performing complex exercises targeting both upper and lower muscle groups. The kit includes a bar, resistance bands, leg bands, snap hooks, and a carrying case. Performing exercises with the bar enhances joint mobility, expands the range of motion, and boosts motor coordination. The bar is suitable for all types of training, including rehabilitation.

Bands with different load levels enable the variation of exercise intensity.

Exercises involve placing the bands on your feet and moving the bar, or alternatively, holding the bar with your feet and stretching the bands. An additional handle allows the bands to be attached to a door, further broadening the exercise variety.
