I share Mr. Krzysztof's opinion – the mat improves circulation and its dimensions are perfectly suitable for a person who is 175 cm tall. It is important not to use it for too long during the first session and to gradually increase the usage time as recommended. I highly recommend it.

I chose the mat due to back pain and cramps. It is long and wide enough to cover my entire back, from the tailbone up to the neck. It works well both with a shirt and without – although without a shirt, the sensations are much stronger, but pleasantly warming and supportive of circulation. With a thin shirt, the effect is milder. Consistency and the right duration of use are important. I definitely recommend it.
