I was skeptical about these mats at first – I had tried them at friends’ places before and wasn’t convinced. This time I bought the mat for my wife, but I also use it myself with pleasure. The hardest part is definitely the first few minutes; after that, you can really relax. You have to lie down with your full weight, because your body tenses up automatically at first, but only after relaxing can you feel the great effect. I highly recommend it!

The mat is great! At first, you need to mentally prepare for a prickly sensation, but after that it feels comfortable. It works somewhat like acupuncture and improves your well-being. It's hard to describe, but after a short while I feel noticeable relief. It’s worth trying and I recommend it!
