I was initially sceptical about such mats – I had previously tried them at friends’ places and wasn’t convinced. This time I bought one for my wife, but I also enjoy using it myself. The first few minutes are definitely the hardest, but afterwards you can relax. You have to lie down with your full weight, because your body automatically tenses, but only once you relax can you really feel the great effect. I thoroughly recommend it!

The mat together with the cushion can also be placed on a chair and used, for example, during long computer work. The mat is great! At first, you need to mentally prepare yourself for the prickling sensation, but afterwards it feels comfortable. It works a bit like acupuncture and improves your well-being. It’s hard to describe, but after a short time I feel noticeable relief. It’s worth trying and I recommend it!
