This is a very good tourniquet holder. The Cat 7 sits in it securely and does not fall out. It covers most of the tourniquet, although it does need to be positioned properly. The only downside is the small closure tab — sometimes it is hard to grab while wearing gloves, and after all, we are talking about training, not a life-saving situation under pressure. After using it for a longer time, however, I have come to the conclusion that proper practice solves this problem, and there is no point in expecting it to be another Stachowiak pouch. Besides that, good-quality materials were used, and the price is quite attractive. I recommend it.

This pouch is an excellent fit for a CAT tourniquet. Most of the tourniquet is covered, protecting it from rain, dust buildup, and sweat, which helps preserve it and ensures long-term reliability. There’s a small drainage/ventilation hole at the bottom, and the pouch can be mounted on a MOLLE system or worn horizontally on a belt. The price here is the best I’ve found compared to most other retailers.

Helikon quality, very solid and precise workmanship. The plus is the space for a marker, however... Unfortunately, it doesn't fit the CAT 7 tourniquet, which is considered the best currently available. I didn't read this beforehand, but I still kept the pouch because it is really durable.

The craftsmanship, as usual with Helikon, is of a high standard. Unfortunately, despite several attempts to organize it, the pocket was not able to hold the CAT gen7 tourniquet. The product did not fulfill its main role, but as a pouch for gas or a multitool, it will be suitable. Due to not meeting my expectations, I was forced to return the product.

The pouch is too short to properly fit and secure the tourniquet. I compressed the tourniquet more than usual, but it still didn’t solve the problem. I tried with a CAT and BlackFront. As a pouch for pepper spray, it works well.

The pouch is fine, but I have a minor note: it was designed for the SOF tourniquet. The CAT tourniquet is too long, so unless you bend it, the Velcro isn't enough to close it.
