Great medical pouch! The durable Cordura performs well in the field, and the hook-and-loop closure allows quick access to the tourniquet. Thanks to the MOLLE system, it can be conveniently mounted both vertically and horizontally. I definitely recommend it!
The pouch is crafted for easy transport of a tactical stasis - CAT type hemostatic tourniquet or items with similar dimensions. Constructed from sturdy and damage-resistant Cordura.
A Velcro flap with a handle made of non-slip material offers quick access to the contents, enabling fast opening. An elastic welt securely holds the load in place. Two loops are stitched on the side for carrying a small marker used to mark the stasis once applied.
Compatible with the MOLLE/PALS system, the pouch can also be attached to a belt up to 45 mm wide both horizontally and vertically.

Camouflage MultiCam
MultiCam is an advanced camouflage pattern designed in 2002 by the US-based company Crye Precision in collaboration with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior program. The aim was to develop a versatile camouflage pattern effective across diverse terrain and varying environmental conditions. The MultiCam pattern features seven colors, creating smooth transitions between green, brown, and beige tones. Consequently, it dynamically integrates with the background, adopting green hues in forested areas and browns and beiges in desert settings. It performs exceptionally well in autumn and among dry vegetation common in Central and Eastern Europe. MultiCam has achieved global recognition and is employed by numerous armed forces and special units. In 2010, the US Army officially adopted this camouflage as the pattern for soldiers in Afghanistan, replacing the previous Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). The pattern is also accessible to civilian users, making it a favored choice among military and airsoft enthusiasts.

Review summary
Customers praise this pouch for its solid build, durable materials, flexible vertical or horizontal mounting, and the protection it gives a tourniquet against dirt, moisture, and wear. Many also like the appearance, colour options, and good value for money. The main concern is fit with the CAT Gen 7 tourniquet: some reviews say it holds securely, but many others report that the pouch feels too short, requires very tight packing, or suits SOF-style tourniquets better. A few users also mention the small pull tab and short hook-and-loop closure, though overall feedback remains largely positive.

A great pouch for tourniquets that lets the user keep a tourniquet conveniently within reach at all times, wherever they want to place it. Size-wise, it is perfect in every respect.
-
This is a very good tourniquet holder. The Cat 7 sits in it securely and does not fall out. It covers most of the tourniquet, although it does need to be positioned properly. The only downside is the small closure tab — sometimes it is hard to grab while wearing gloves, and after all, we are talking about training, not a life-saving situation under pressure. After using it for a longer time, however, I have come to the conclusion that proper practice solves this problem, and there is no point in expecting it to be another Stachowiak pouch. Besides that, good-quality materials were used, and the price is quite attractive. I recommend it.
-
I can only recommend it, excellent quality, fits perfectly for CAT tourniquets or those from other manufacturers as well. Available in many camouflage patterns and colours. Top product 👍

This pouch is an excellent fit for a CAT tourniquet. Most of the tourniquet is covered, protecting it from rain, dust buildup, and sweat, which helps preserve it and ensures long-term reliability. There’s a small drainage/ventilation hole at the bottom, and the pouch can be mounted on a MOLLE system or worn horizontally on a belt. The price here is the best I’ve found compared to most other retailers.
-
The advantages include solid construction and ease of assembly, while the downside is the high price and the fact that you have to force the rods in, which shouldn't be the case since they're meant to support the CAT.
-
It is the perfect complement to helikon mini rig on the same color. It is nice that can be mounted vertically or horizontally on the belt. Material are as always good. Perfect to store the cat tourniquet.
-
I use it with Cat and SOF tourniquets, especially the latter are more comfortable on the belt due to their flatter design. The tourniquet is almost completely enclosed and is therefore excellently protected from UV radiation, dirt, and wear.
-
Very good quality, solid workmanship, and great material. It fits perfectly. I am really satisfied. The colors are very nice. Lightning-fast shipping – it arrived the day after I placed the order. I definitely recommend it.
-
Helikon quality, very solid and precise workmanship. The plus is the space for a marker, however... Unfortunately, it doesn't fit the CAT 7 tourniquet, which is considered the best currently available. I didn't read this beforehand, but I still kept the pouch because it is really durable.
-
The craftsmanship, as usual with Helikon, is of a high standard. Unfortunately, despite several attempts to organize it, the pocket was not able to hold the CAT gen7 tourniquet. The product did not fulfill its main role, but as a pouch for gas or a multitool, it will be suitable. Due to not meeting my expectations, I was forced to return the product.
-
The pouch is too short to properly fit and secure the tourniquet. I compressed the tourniquet more than usual, but it still didn’t solve the problem. I tried with a CAT and BlackFront. As a pouch for pepper spray, it works well.
-
The pouch is fine, but I have a minor note: it was designed for the SOF tourniquet. The CAT tourniquet is too long, so unless you bend it, the Velcro isn't enough to close it.
-
The pouch is solidly made from durable material, the tourniquet fits in it easily and is well secured, and the molle strap is really strong. I recommend this product.
-
The pouch is excellently made from durable material, the tourniquet fits easily, and the case holds it securely. Additionally, the MOLLE strap is robust – I definitely recommend it.
