Helikon-Tex mini Med Kit - Adaptive Green

A compact first aid kit without equipment, made of durable nylon and equipped with a two-way YKK zip. Suitable for everyday use in a rucksack or handbag, it is also ideal for short trips out of town or extended survival expeditions.

Two inside pockets, Velcro panel

Inside, there are two zippered mesh pockets for organizing medical supplies. The exterior features a Velcro panel with a reflective rescue cross and a loop for attaching a carabiner. The first aid kit is compatible with DUTY BELT/MOLLE/PALS systems, making it simple to attach to a backpack or as an additional piece of gear.

I bought it as an addition to a larger first aid kit mounted under the belt with hook-and-loop. On the MOLLE system, it stays securely in place above it. It also works great as a first aid kit for an everyday backpack or for a bike.

    As usual, really good Helikon quality in material and sewing. For use: it is not big, so dont expect "all-healing" medikit. But it also means, that even when full, it is still not distracting item on belt. Wearing it on civilian outfit, no restrictions for movement in all-day activities. As content is used 1x combatgauze, 1x 5" combat bandage, 3 pairs of latex gloves, isotermic blanket and triangular bandage. It fits in 2 mesh pockets with zippers, so you can shell-open the pouch and use material without it falling all out. If you are acustomed with your gear, you can use it even without direct look on pouch (back-side belt position etc.).
