A well-made and functional first aid kit that fits perfectly on a belt. It easily holds an Israeli bandage, gauze, scissors, gloves, and a few small items. I highly recommend this product.

The small first aid kit is made very solidly. Thanks to its size, you can easily hide it in a backpack or attach it to your belt. The items are arranged so that they are easy to find when time is of the essence. It's definitely worth having!

As usual, really good Helikon quality in material and sewing. For use: it is not big, so dont expect "all-healing" medikit. But it also means, that even when full, it is still not distracting item on belt. Wearing it on civilian outfit, no restrictions for movement in all-day activities. As content is used 1x combatgauze, 1x 5" combat bandage, 3 pairs of latex gloves, isotermic blanket and triangular bandage. It fits in 2 mesh pockets with zippers, so you can shell-open the pouch and use material without it falling all out. If you are acustomed with your gear, you can use it even without direct look on pouch (back-side belt position etc.).

A fantastic little pouch for critical FA supplies. It is lightweight and compact, but still feels robust enough to survive use. It is one of many items in my IFAK collection as it gives unique transport options.

This pouch has been in use daily for the last few months and still looks brand new. Excellent quality for the price. I’ve found it the perfect size to use as a personal first aid kit pouch for hiking.
-
Great first aid kit, compact and made of very good materials. You can attach it to your backpack or wear it on your belt. Everything you need in an emergency will fit inside. I definitely recommend it.
-
Compact size, solid construction, high-quality materials, practicality, thoughtful design, and the Helikon brand are the main advantages of this first aid kit that encourage its purchase. I definitely recommend it.
-
A well-designed, compact first aid kit, perfect for basic emergency supplies on any trip. Thanks to the molle system, it can be conveniently and quickly attached, for example, exchanging its place from a backpack to a belt.
-
A practical small "first aid kit" that can be easily attached to backpack straps or the outside using the MOLLE system. The quality of workmanship is flawless, with strong stitching, two zippered pockets inside, and it is very spacious.
-
Great first aid kit – it’s quite small, yet very spacious. Well-stitched, as expected from Helikon products. The zippers are comfortable and easy to open, even with gloves on. Well-designed compartments make organization easy. I use it as a part of my hiking gear in my backpack.

At first, I was skeptical about the organizer with two 'pockets', but now I fully appreciate this solution. The workmanship is at a very good level, and I am interested to see how it performs in terms of waterproofness. So far, despite the lack of impregnation, a little snow has not affected its functionality. I also use it as an addition to the Helikon Possum waist bag, and it works great in this role. The attachment system—both the rear straps and the cord loop—do their job well.

A handy, small first aid kit, perfect for short, one-day trips outdoors. It will work great as an addition to a larger tactical first aid kit. It's easy to notice thanks to the reflective element.
-
Great EDC first aid kit. Although it's small, it fits a lot of items. High-quality materials, typical for Helikon. An excellent addition to a backpack. If it's on sale, there's nothing to think about.
-
A handy first aid kit made of durable materials. Thanks to its small size, it's easy to stow in a backpack or attach to a belt. The clear and readable layout makes it easy to quickly find the necessary equipment in case of need.

Great first aid kit – thanks to the zippered pockets, the contents stay in place when opened. For me, a big plus is that the straps on the back are securely sewn on. Unlike other first aid kits that attach to a belt and have come off when getting into the car, which was very annoying, this one absolutely does not come off.
