Helikon-Tex MBDU NyCo Rip-Stop Pants - MultiCam

The MBDU (Modern Battle Dress Uniform) model in MultiCam camouflage comes with 8 functional pockets. It's perfect for tactical and outdoor wear in the field, as well as for everyday urban use.

The pants are made from high-quality fabric with a grammage of 225 g/m2, consisting of equal proportions of cotton and nylon. The Rip-Stop structure provides increased resistance to abrasion and damage, and thicker threads form a mesh that reinforces the fabric, reducing the risk of tears spreading. This makes the pants perfect for demanding terrain, guaranteeing durability and comfort. In addition, VersaStretch fabric (93% nylon, 7% elastane) has been used in the buttocks and crotch areas to increase flexibility and provide greater freedom of movement.

The model is equipped with 8 spacious pockets:

• two inset hip pockets with reinforced edges
• two rear pockets with reinforced edges
• two spacious cargo pockets secured with buttons
• two smaller calf-height pockets secured with Velcro

Instead of a button, a wide Velcro has been used, which allows for precise adjustment of the waist circumference, adapting it to the figure. The fly is equipped with a durable zipper from the renowned Japanese brand YKK. Wide belt loops allow for the use of belts with a maximum width of 50 mm, ensuring stability even under heavy loads. The two front belt loops also have loops for attaching small accessories. At the bottom of the legs, there are elastic cords with stoppers that allow for adjusting their circumference.

MultiCam is a state-of-the-art camouflage pattern developed in 2002 by US company Crye Precision in cooperation with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior program. Its goal was to create a versatile camouflage pattern that is effective in varied terrain and changing environmental conditions. The MultiCam pattern consists of seven colors, creating gradient transitions between shades of green, brown and beige. As a result, it dynamically adapts to the background, adopting shades of green in forested areas or browns and beiges in desert regions - in Central and Eastern European environments, it works particularly well in autumn and among dry vegetation. MultiCam has gained worldwide recognition and is used by numerous armed forces and special units. In 2010, the camouflage was officially adopted by the US Army as the camouflage pattern for soldiers stationed in Afghanistan, replacing the earlier Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). The pattern is also available to civilian users, making it a popular choice among military or airsoft enthusiasts.
