Instead of a classic zipper, which can get clogged with dirt or break, a roll-top system is used here. This not only ensures excellent protection of the contents from rain, snow, and dust, but also allows you to adjust the bag’s volume—you can compress it if it’s only half full. The bag is very practical. I most often use it during short trips. It easily holds water, snacks, and a light jacket, although you can fit anything in it that doesn't fit in my hip bag. It's even useful for small shopping trips. Personally, I don't use the buckles because I don't like it when the backpack has things hanging from it. Overall, I like the idea and multifunctionality of this bag.

The Helikon Foxhole 4.5L Bag - Black is a high-quality product. It fits perfectly with backpacks that allow for attaching pouches like the Foxhole. You can also wear it on its own like a waist bag. I definitely recommend it.

I bought this because it looks so versatile and I'm really glad I have it. It can be fixed to the top or bottom of your pack using straps, and it can also be fixed to the sides using the supplied clips or just by using your pack's side compression straps. I find the clips quite awkward to use, so thread the packs straps under the bungee cord to help keep it in place. It has the added bonus of being able to be used as a shoulder or waist pack, using the attached belt. It's water-resistant, so your gear will stay dry except in prolonged heavy showers. Considering how many different uses this pouch has, it's really good value for money.

I bought this product intending to attach it to my backpack or wear it on my belt. I was pleasantly surprised by its capacity and solid construction. The set includes a strap, but it is quite short and carrying it over the shoulder, like a quiver, is uncomfortable. If someone wants to wear the pouch on their back or in front, like a fanny pack, they should purchase an additional Helikon strap to extend it. However, the best solution seems to be attaching it under your backpack. Inside, you can easily fit a Trangia Micro stove set with a 0.5l pot, and there is still room for food or other accessories. You can also pack a tarp and a poncho—both fit without any trouble. I think that with tight packing, you could also fit a bushman blanket or a light sleeping bag.

Perfect! Very practical. Allows you to attach a jacket to the outside of a bag for quick access and to free up space/volume. Maybe I should buy a second one!

Great bag. After watching many reviews on YouTube and taking advantage of a promotional offer, I bought two at once and am very satisfied. The only thing is that it might not be very comfortable to wear on the waist for a slim person. My size is S, or W30, and on the Foxhole belt it feels a bit loose, I would like to tighten it more, but there’s nowhere left to tighten. Still, I am delighted with the bag and the coyote color.

I noticed this bag with other people and I really liked it. After buying it, I am very satisfied with it. It has a lot of space, and because you can use it both as a pocket in a backpack and as a separate bag with a strap, it's really great! The promotion was excellent. I recommend it!

Helikon Foxhole 4.5L Bag - Shadow Grey. I was waiting for a price deal and finally got it. For just over 50 PLN, I received a high-quality external bag. The only thing I don't understand is why they used plastic clips instead of the traditional MOLLE system again – that's the only downside I can point out.

The bag is well made, although it has some significant flaws. Instead of classic molle straps, the manufacturer used plastic clips, which, although made of strong material, will wear out the fastest. You also can't attach them as securely as traditional molle/pals straps, so when running, the bag is less stable on the backpack. The material and the way the roll-top closes protect the contents from moisture well, which is important for this type of bag.
