Sturdy sleeping bag in Blue, featuring a mummy shape that supports natural body alignment and allows for unrestricted movement during rest. Constructed from robust nylon, it boasts a tough exterior and is stuffed with down and duck feathers.
Temperatures and conditions of use
Temperature ratings for the Nordkapp sleeping bag have been established according to EN 13537 standards:
- T-comfort: 8°C - the lowest temperature at which a woman can comfortably sleep through the night,
- T-limit: 4°C - the minimum temperature at which a man can sleep throughout the night without discomfort,
- T-extreme: -1°C - the lowest temperature survivable in the sleeping bag. Not recommended for routine use.
20D nylon with Water Repellent coating
The exterior and interior layers are crafted from lightweight 20D nylon with WR (Water Repellent) waterproofing, helping to minimize moisture uptake. A small pocket inside accommodates small items, and there are loops for attaching a warming liner.
Duck down filling, H-shaped construction
Polish duck down in a ratio of 91/9 is responsible for maintaining warmth and proper ventilation. The filling, with a loft of 700 cuin, is characterized by good compression, which allows the sleeping bag to be folded down to a compact size. H-shaped chambers prevent the down from shifting. The footbox with a drawstring contains an additional layer of insulation for better foot insulation.
Left-side zipper, Anti-Bite system
The equipment includes a two-way zipper on the left side, allowing it to be unzipped from the top and bottom for quick access. A fluorescent puller allows for intuitive opening in the dark. The Anti-Bite system protects the material from being pulled into the zipper. The inside of the zipper is protected by a thermal strip.
Integrated hood with cold protection, DUO drawstring
The hood with a three-dimensional design effectively protects the head from heat loss, and its shape additionally protects against wind and moisture. The Duo drawstring combines elastic rubber with an adjustment strap – the rubber allows you to quickly slip your hand out, while the strap at the neck allows you to loosen it comfortably in the desired place, which is useful during nighttime activities.
Easy transport and storage
The model is easy to transport and store. When packed, its dimensions are 24 x 17 cm, and it weighs only 570 g, so it does not weigh down your equipment.
