The G-1000 HeavyDuty S fabric is composed of 65% recycled polyester and 35% organic cotton. Renowned for its exceptional durability and resistance to mechanical wear and tear, this makes the backpack ideal for heavy-duty use in challenging environments. Its reinforced base crafted from waterproof 500D polyamide ensures you can place the backpack on the ground without the risk of moisture penetration.

The backpack offers a spacious main compartment boasting a 48-liter capacity, finished with a soft extension secured by a drawstring. A fully detachable flap covers the compartment, affixed to the backpack with four fastex buckles. The lid includes two practical zippered pockets, and the hip belt is equipped with two small, handy pockets for smaller items. There is a zipper at the bottom for convenient access to gear situated in the lower section of the main compartment. The backpack is compatible with a hydration system.

The carrying system features adjustable shoulder straps with soft padding, which minimizes the risk of shoulder chafing. These straps are wide and shaped to ensure even weight distribution across the shoulders. Carrying system adjustments, inclusive of a wooden frame, facilitate the length modification of the back according to the user's height by repositioning the upper part of the system and securing it higher or lower on the backpack's back buckle. To enhance comfort on hikes, the backpack includes an adjustable chest strap. The hip belt, lined with breathable 3D mesh, distributes weight evenly, boosting comfort for extended travels. Positioned at the top, a carrying handle simplifies carrying and lifting.

Elastic straps are fitted on the front, side panels, and top of the backpack, allowing for the addition of extra system-compatible pockets and accessories (not included). Side compression straps enable the backpack to adjust to the equipment being carried. Fastex buckles on the straps also help secure the main zipper from opening. There is an elastic cord at the front, perfect for fastening items like a jacket. Longer items such as trekking poles, a tripod, or an ice ax can also be attached to the backpack.

This model is crafted without PFAS, ensuring that the material is free from chemicals potentially hazardous to health or the environment. Additionally, the backpack features a rain cover.
