ESS Profile TurboFan Tactical Goggles - Black

Low-profile ballistic goggles with an active ventilation system Turbst. Fan, designed for intensive tactical, shooting, and operational use. Developed in collaboration with soldiers from elite units of the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). The design is compatible with helmets and night vision systems, and the wide field of view allows for environmental observation without losing situational awareness. The modular technology ESS Modular Technology allows for quick replacement of essential parts such as the visor, frame, or strap.

polycarbonate visors

A visor made of durable 2.8 mm polycarbonate offers the highest optical class, a distortion-free image, and full protection against UVA and UVB radiation. The ClearZone FlowCoat technology combines a scratch-resistant coating on the outside with an anti-fog coating on the inside.

Wide field of view and low-profile design ensure compatibility with night vision and head protection. The goggles can be easily customized with ESS modular technology, allowing for quick replacement of the visor, frame, or strap. This model is compatible with ESS U-RX and P-2B corrective inserts, allowing for adaptation to users requiring vision correction.

Turbst. Fan ventilation, PowerPod module

The active Turbst. Fan system ensures air circulation inside the goggles, reducing visor fogging during intense effort, temperature changes, and work in humid environments. The system automatically switches from High-Speed to Low-Speed mode after one hour, and turns off after 4 hours, conserving energy and reducing the risk of battery depletion. The fan is powered by one AA battery and operates for up to 150 hours. The PowerPod module is housed in a durable case, increasing the reliability of the goggles in difficult conditions.

flexible design, Outrigger Strap mounting system

The goggles feature a flexible frame that adapts to the shape of the face, providing a comfortable fit. A ventilated system with a dust filter hinders the ingress of dust, dirt, and water. The antibacterial OpFoam liner enhances comfort, even with prolonged use.

The Outrigger Strap system allows stable fitting of the goggles to different helmets, and the adjustable elastic strap enables precise adjustment to the head circumference.

    It's hard to describe how happy I am with this product. Until now, no anti-fog product worked, but now I no longer have to use any sprays or gels (as long as the fan is running on the first, quietest mode). This mode is quiet enough that you can only hear it from a few meters away in complete silence, without special headphones. However, the second mode is quite loud and is better suited for short-term use, e.g. after intense exercise. Cons: - The flexible strap could be a bit longer. - Closing the battery cover requires quite a bit of force, but fortunately it doesn't need to be opened often. I rate the product 11/10. I didn't expect to find something that protects so well and completely eliminates fogging. I definitely recommend it!
