Very well made (after all, DA), high-quality materials were used and there are several mounting options. I bought it as a tourniquet pouch to attach to the inside of the Bailout Bag backpack from Helikon. It fits belts, chest rigs, and plate carriers. The tourniquet stays securely in place, but it's still easy to remove, which in my opinion is key.

Wonderfully designed attachment system. It can be mounted vertically on a belt (loops allow easy sliding), horizontally on a belt (loops with hook-and-loop - if the belt doesn’t have hook-and-loop, you can slide them; if it does, the attachment is stable). It can also be mounted on a MOLLE system.

Solid pouch, although in my opinion it could be a bit tighter. When mounted horizontally at the front of the belt during intense movement, the strap tends to slip out; it has happened to me that it fell out. However, the product itself is of excellent quality.

A practical pouch designed for CAT and SOFFT tourniquets. It allows for various mounting options: vertically, horizontally, on a MOLLE system, or on a belt.
