Tourniquet Open is a durable pouch made of laser-cut Cordura, a material valued for its high resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage. Designed to carry SOFT-T or CAT tourniquets, it guarantees quick access to a tourniquet in situations requiring immediate response.
Its compact form and vertical mounting allow it to fit easily on a tactical belt or vest. Elastic walls are sewn into the sides to keep the tourniquet in a stable position, while allowing for quick removal in stressful situations.
The mounting to the accouterment is based on two Velcro panels that allow attachment to MOLLE/PALS platforms. At the back there are elastic loops that allow a belt up to 45 mm wide to be threaded through.

Solid pouch, although in my opinion it could be a bit tighter. When mounted horizontally at the front of the belt during intense movement, the strap tends to slip out; it has happened to me that it fell out. However, the product itself is of excellent quality.
