Deuter Orbit 0 Extra Long Sleeping Bag - Ivy/Ink
Durable sleeping bag in Ivy/Ink color, featuring a mummy design that ensures comfortable body alignment and free movement while sleeping. Crafted from high-quality polyester with a reinforced Rip-Stop weave, it includes a tough outer shell and High Loft Hollowfibre synthetic filling.
Temperatures and usage conditions
The temperature ratings for the Orbit sleeping bag, defined by the EN 13537 standard, are as follows:
- T-comfort: 5°C - the lowest temperature at which a woman can sleep soundly and comfortably through the night.
- T-limit: 0°C - the minimum temperature at which a man can sleep through the night without discomfort.
- T-extreme: -15°C - the lowest temperature at which survival is possible in the sleeping bag. This is not recommended for regular use.
Polyester with Rip-Stop weave, polyester lining
The outer shell is crafted from sturdy 50D polyester, made from recycled materials and enhanced with a Rip-Stop weave that expertly guards against abrasion and mechanical damage, while minimizing the risk of further tearing. The inner lining consists of 75D polyester. Inside, a small pocket is included for holding small items.
High Loft Hollowfibre filling
The Orbit model is packed with synthetic High Loft Hollowfibre, delivering superb thermal insulation and lofty comfort. Its 360 Fill technology ensures the insulation is evenly distributed for maximum efficiency.
Left-side zipper
'The sleeping bag features a two-way zipper located on the left side, secured by a Velcro flap. The insulating strip running the length of the zipper helps prevent heat loss and fabric snags.
Integrated cold-protecting hood
The hood with an anatomical design offers enhanced protection by enveloping the head, reducing heat loss in cold weather. The shape also provides added shielding against wind and moisture.
Ergofoot zone
In the lower part of the sleeping bag, there's a unique Ergofoot zone designed to allow free movement of the feet when lying on your back.
Convenient transport and storage
Designed for ease of transport and storage, the model folds down to 46 x 24 cm and weighs 1450 g, making it simple to carry without significantly adding to your luggage.
