Deuter Aircontact lite Backpack 50 + 10 l - Black/Granite

The backpack is made from a combination of two materials: 140D polyamide and 600D polyester. A drawstring collar hidden under the top flap allows the base capacity to be increased from 50 l by another 10 l. The design is equipped with two spacious compartments that hold essential gear. The compact construction and numerous pockets make this model a great choice for weekend trips.

The backpack is equipped with two main compartments that can be combined into one larger compartment. The upper compartment is closed with a flap, while the lower one is fitted with a zipper. Capacity can be increased thanks to the pull-out drawstring collar located under the top flap. Inside, there is a pocket designed for a water tank with a maximum capacity of 3 liters. On the front, there is a large elastic pocket and loops that can be used to attach, for example, a helmet. Loops on the sides allow other accessories, such as an ice ax or trekking poles, to be strapped on. Elastic pockets on the right and left sides are suitable for carrying, for example, a bottle or water bottle. Compartments at the bottom and in the top flap can hold, for example, a sleeping bag, shoes, or wet clothing. The model is equipped with a chest strap and a hip belt with two small pockets. Compression straps allow the backpack volume to be effectively reduced.

The model stands out for its Aircontact Lite carry system, which improves backpack carrying comfort over long distances. The system is made up of foam panels responsible for proper weight distribution and reducing pressure points on the back, which helps prevent chafing. The foam used dynamically adapts to the walking pace, ensuring proper air circulation. The back panel is additionally stiffened with aluminum rails arranged in an X shape, which supports a better fit of the carry system to the back.

Precise adjustment is enabled by the VariQuick system, which allows the backpack to be fitted to the user’s height and build. The shoulder straps formed in an S shape are covered with mesh on the inner side, which translates into carrying comfort and ventilation. The adjustable Vari-Flex hip belt is covered with foam that reduces the risk of chafing.
