Three achromatic lenses, magnification range from 40 to 400x
The glass optics feature three achromatic objectives that provide a magnification range from 40x to 400x. Utilizing the optional P16x eyepiece (sold separately) can achieve a magnification of up to 640x. The BioLight 100 facilitates viewing a wide range of specimens, such as cells, plant and animal tissues, protozoa, or plankton in a water sample. Situated beneath the stage, the aperture wheel enhances contrast and refines the image.
Create visual documentation
Delta Optical BioLight 100 supports the installation of a microscope camera (which is not included), allowing for the documentation of observations in the form of photos or videos. This feature greatly enhances the microscope's capabilities.
Mains or battery powered
With its compact design and the capability to operate on three rechargeable or AA batteries, this device is perfect for field use, eliminating the need for an external power source. When at home, use the included AC adapter, and ensure not to have batteries installed while it's plugged in.
