In the pictures, the hat appears stiffer, but it’s actually quite comfortable to wear. By the lake, I didn’t have any problems with insects, but it’s hard to call it a thorough test. The netting has fine mesh. When folded, it fits inside the hat, but then it loses a bit of comfort. The adjustment is limited to a drawstring with a stopper, which mostly protects against wind rather than precisely adjusting the size. Overall, I’m satisfied, although the product could be better.
