Carinthia Survival One Sleeping Bag Large - Olive Left
Olive mummy-style sleeping bag designed for overnight stays outdoors in low temperatures, when effective thermal insulation is crucial. The tapered cut fits the body more closely, reducing the space that needs to be warmed and supporting the performance of the insulating layer.
The construction is equipped with closable hand openings that allow you to operate gear, reach for handy accessories, and adjust camping equipment without leaving the sleeping bag. Its thermal performance is supported by, among other things, an insulated G-Loft collar, a three-layer construction, and the innovative Thermoflect system.
Temperatures and conditions of use
Operating temperatures of the Survival One sleeping bag specified in accordance with EN 13537:
- T-comfort: -18 degrees Celsius - the lowest temperature at which a woman can sleep comfortably through the night,
- T-limit: -40 degrees Celsius - the minimum temperature at which a man can sleep through the night without discomfort.
durable outer material, soft lining
The outer layer is made of lightweight Shellproof material, developed from nylon microfibers with a microporous layer. The fabric stands out for its high resistance to moisture and shields the insulation from the effects of a cold, damp environment. The soft lining is made entirely of Shelltrans material, which is also moisture resistant.
Three-layer G-LOFT Duro insulation
Thermal insulation is provided by G-LOFT SI synthetic fill made of 100% polyester. Three layers of G-LOFT Duro are arranged to reduce the formation of thermal bridges. The fibers trap warmed air and retain their insulating properties even when damp.
The synthetic insulation is resilient, quickly returns to its original shape, and protects against frost, wind, and moisture.
Thermoflect system - warmth and comfort
This model uses a Thermoflect layer that helps retain heat inside the sleeping bag. It reduces heat loss and helps maintain a higher temperature. Combined with G-Loft insulation and a two-layer construction, it increases insulation effectiveness during overnight stays in cold conditions.

The two-way zipper allows the sleeping bag to be opened from both the top and the bottom. This makes it easier to regulate ventilation and adjust the opening range to current conditions.
The zipper is protected by a velcro-fastened windproof flap, while the internal thermal strip limits the entry of cold air along the closure.

Sleeves positioned between the insulation layers allow the sleeping bag to be used like a coat and make it possible to perform basic tasks without fully leaving the insulation.
The lower part of the sleeping bag has a roomy, trapezoidal design that provides more space for the legs. This prevents the feet from excessively pushing out the outer layer, reducing the risk of areas with decreased insulation.
The upper section features an insulated collar filled with insulating material. It limits the escape of warmed air around the neck and shoulders.

The set includes a compression sack that makes it easier to transport and store the sleeping bag. Once packed, the model can be conveniently transported in a car, large backpack, or travel bag.
