The sleeping bag is of very good quality and keeps you warm. Carinthia is a well-known brand, so I hope its durability will also be high (I've only been using it for a short time, but I decided to buy it based on the opinions of people who have had it longer). As for the downsides: the packed dimensions provided by the manufacturer (19 x 27 cm) seem too optimistic – I managed to get a size of 20x30 cm. That's still a good result, although it's a little different from the specification, but at this level of insulation it's hard to expect smaller dimensions.

The temperature assessments for the SOF 3 sleeping bag are established following EN 13537 standards:
- T-comfort: -8°C – indicating the lowest temperature at which a woman can sleep comfortably throughout the night,
- T-limit: -13°C – denoting the minimum temperature allowing a man to sleep without experiencing discomfort,
- T-extreme: -26°C – representing the lowest survival temperature within the sleeping bag, not advisable for regular use.
Triple-layer G-Loft insulation
The interior features three layers of lightweight synthetic G-Loft insulation with a density of 85 g/m2, resulting in a total density of 275 g/m2. Such a structure ensures optimal thermal insulation even when exposed to moisture, after washing, or during intensive use.
Left-side zipper with Anti Snag system
A two-way zipper is located on the left side, enabling the bag to be fully opened. The built-in Anti Snag system prevents the fabric from snagging in the zipper. To protect against unintentional opening at night, a Velcro flap is positioned at the top of the zipper. Inside, there's a small pocket for storing tiny items. The sleeping bag can be linked with other models in the "Fast & Light" series.
Integrated hood for cold protection
The integrated hood enhances thermal efficiency by efficiently enclosing the head and minimizing heat loss. Its design also offers additional protection against wind and moisture.
