Temperature and usage conditions
The Carinthia Eagle sleeping bag's temperature ratings are specified according to EN 13537:
- T-comfort: 10 C – the lowest temperature where a woman can sleep comfortably throughout the night,
- T-limit: 10 C – the minimum temperature where a man can sleep without experiencing discomfort.
G-Loft filling, Thermoflect
Equipped with lightweight synthetic G-Loft insulation that effectively regulates body temperature. This insulating material maintains its capabilities even in moist conditions, after washing, or with extensive use. The internal Thermoflect layer increases thermal efficiency by reflecting body heat, keeping it inside the bag.
The trapezoidal shape at the bottom provides extra legroom and aids in efficient heat retention.
Left-side zipper, Anti Snag system
Featuring a two-way zipper on the left side for complete opening. The Anti Snag system ensures the fabric doesn't catch in the zipper. A velcro tab at the top edge prevents accidental opening while asleep. Inside, a small pocket holds small items.
Integrated hood for cold protection
The integrated hood offers enhanced thermal protection by enclosing the head, shielding it from wind and moisture. With its ergonomic design, it boosts thermal comfort in colder conditions.

G-Loft insulation
G-Loft insulation is an advanced material consisting of a three-dimensional structure of hollow polyester fibers that trap dry air to form an effective thermal insulation layer. These fibers retain their shape thanks to a memory effect, allowing them to return to their original form after getting wet, washing and heavy use. Anti Snag
Anti Snag is a technology used in sleeping bags to prevent the zipper from snagging.
