Constructed from premium Shelltex material, it features a sturdy outer shell and is filled with a blend of 95/5 CQ-Down white goose down and G-Loft insulation.

The Carinthia D 800X sleeping bag's temperature ratings are established in alignment with EN 13537 standards:

• T-comfort: -9 C - the lowest temperature at which a woman can sleep comfortably throughout the night,
• T-limit: -16 C - the minimum temperature at which a man can sleep without discomfort,
• T-extreme: -38 C - the lowest temperature at which survival inside the sleeping bag is possible. This value is not recommended for regular use.

The exterior is crafted from Pertex Quantum Endurance, while the inside is lined with Shelltex Ultra. This lightweight fabric resists mechanical damage, water, snow, and wind. It provides excellent breathability, effectively wicking away moisture and perspiration to enhance sleeping comfort. Additionally, its construction renders it resistant to abrasion and tearing, making the sleeping bag ideal for challenging outdoor environments.

The D 800X model is equipped with 95/5 CQ-Down white goose down, providing superior thermal insulation and a loft of 800 cuin. The down is contained within H-shaped chambers, preventing movement and ensuring consistent protection from the cold. The DIScover system offers an additional insulation layer that shields the down from moisture, boosting the sleeping bag's effectiveness. Moreover, the synthetic G-Loft insulation retains its thermal capabilities even in conditions of high humidity, after washing, and during extended use.

The sleeping bag features a two-way zipper on the left side, allowing it to be fully opened. The Anti-Snag system ensures that the fabric does not catch in the zipper. A Velcro flap at the top prevents unintentional opening during sleep. Additionally, a small internal pocket is available for storing essentials.

The integrated hood enhances thermal insulation by encasing the head and reducing heat escape. Its ergonomic design also offers extra defense against wind and moisture.

When folded, the sleeping bag occupies very little space, facilitating both transportation and storage. Its dimensions when packed are 22 x 23 cm, and it has a weight of 1750 g, allowing for comfortable portability without an undue burden.

Included in the set is a compression sack featuring buckle fasteners, ensuring the sleeping bag remains secure during transport while safeguarding it from dirt and damage.
