• Fiberglass (17%) – adds reinforcement, high hardness, and blade resistance, significantly making it harder to pierce the material for added protection

This combination of components creates a fabric with high cut resistance while remaining relatively thin and flexible. This construction is ideal for prolonged daily use. The shirt’s outer layer is made entirely from polyester, ensuring excellent breathability, efficient moisture wicking, and enhanced durability.

The Ludwigsburg model has been engineered to focus protection on the most vulnerable zones. The cut-resistant layer is found on the shoulders—from the line of the shoulders to the sleeve ends—and in the underarm area, where standard vests do not provide full coverage.
