Tactical backpack with a 42 l capacity in Coyote Tan, the largest model in the Pugio series, designed for carrying a large amount of gear while maintaining high ergonomics and modularity. The construction features reinforced side panels and an internal frame for a characteristic boxy shape, allowing the backpack to open wide when the zip is undone. This layout makes gear organization easy and provides quick access to contents, even in challenging terrain or operational conditions. The product is made from damage-resistant 500D polyamide with a double Rip-Stop weave, and between the outer layer and lining is an RFID layer that increases security during travel and while working in urban environments. The Pugio 42 features a removable hip belt that can be stowed in a special compartment at the bottom of the back panel, as well as side compression straps.

500D double Rip-Stop polyamide is used in this product, a material with extremely high resistance to abrasion and damage. Reinforcing the fabric with a double Rip-Stop weave greatly reduces the risk of tearing, even during use in tough field conditions. Additional advantages of the material include light weight, water resistance, and reduced susceptibility to dirt.

The main compartment is closed with a zip, allowing it to fully open for quick gear access. The interior is equipped with Velcro panels for customizable gear organization and attachment of compatible pouches and accessories. The stiff, box-shaped construction prevents the fabric from collapsing and makes managing contents easier. Inside the main compartment, there's a small zippered pocket. Extra protection is provided by an RFID layer between the outer fabric and the lining (except for the front pocket), helping block unauthorized reading of contactless card data. The model comes with a front zippered pocket with an organizer for small items. Two spacious side zip pockets and a stretch phone pocket on the shoulder strap ensure easy access to essential accessories. There is a carabiner inside for securing a hydration bladder. A compartment for the detachable hip belt is located at the bottom of the back panel.

On the front of the backpack, elastic shock cords run through textile loops to secure light items carried outside. The front velcro panel lets you add emblems or patches, while side compression straps stabilize and reduce the backpack’s bulk, minimizing movement of contents while on the move. The adjustable straps allow you to change the compression level for different loads and attach extra gear to the outside.

The carry system features ergonomic, adjustable shoulder straps that ensure a precise fit and even weight distribution. The shoulder strap design helps keep the pack stable and improves comfort by minimizing movement during activity. The padded back panel with a central ventilation channel adds cushioning and increases comfort during long hikes. Structural rigidity is provided by the internal nylon frame, maintaining the boxy shape and stabilizing the load regardless of how much gear you'r carrying, greatly improving comfort when hauling heavy equipment.

Stability is further enhanced by reinforced sides and an adjustable-height chest strap with a sturdy composite buckle. A carrying handle is located at the top of the backpack. The wide hip belt is designed for easy removal, with strategic padding for shifting weight off your shoulders onto your hips for extra load stability. The Bergbuckle clasp allows the belt to be fastened securely and quietly.
