Constructed from durable polyester, the poncho's implementation of Rip-Stop weave significantly enhances its resistance against tears and physical damage. The material is treated with a layer of polyurethane (PU) to achieve water resistance of 5000 mm/m².
Zipper with flap, 5 peg loops
The poncho's front features a zipper shielded by a Velcro flap, minimizing the chance of water and wind penetration. Velcro panels are situated on the sleeves, enabling patch attachment. A lashing loop at the hood's top reinforces the design, along with 5 peg loops positioned at the base and ends of the sleeves, allowing for secure ground fastening.

A very interesting and innovative concept that combines the function of a rain poncho with a tarp. The price is exceptionally low, which raises some concerns about quality, but so far I am satisfied – time will tell how it performs.

I'm giving one star less because I expected the material to be thicker. I didn’t notice earlier that it doesn’t include the frame—poles needed to set up the tent, like with old military shelters. I have to look for poles from another tent. I’d be willing to pay more for a complete set. I’ll check the waterproofness at the next opportunity.

The product is well made, and the cord to adjust the width above the shoulders is a plus—it allows for a better fit and prevents pressure on the neck like in some other models. It’s also very spacious.
