The utensil set is made of durable 420J1 steel, which has been subjected to an advanced heat treatment that ensures an optimal hardness of 45-48 HRC.The 72 mm partially serrated blade is secured in the open position by a classic Liner Lock mechanism.
2-part folding design
The utensil can be separated into two parts, making it easier to use the knife and fork - to do so, place your thumb on the back of the fork and push it forward until it slides out of the locking pins.
