Review for model:

This entrenching tool felt like it was made of modeling clay—it bent while digging and eventually cracked. I do not recommend it. I do not know what alloy it was made from, but the quality of the metal is awful. It is better to buy a regular shovel.

Review for model:

I bought it together with a very similar model — one for my car, the other for my wife’s car. I’m satisfied with this purchase because it’s really lightweight and convenient to use. So far, I’ve only used it a few times, so it’s still hard for me to judge its durability over the longer term, but after 3–4 uses, I can confidently recommend it. I consider the price-to-quality ratio to be very good.

Review for model:

This is a solidly made entrenching tool at a reasonable price. Badger once again offers a quite successful product. When folded, it is compact and does not weigh too much. Saving space and having a comfortable grip were important to me, and that is exactly what I got. The only thing missing for complete satisfaction is a carrying case.

Review for model:

The product is made of solid material, it's handy and quite stable when assembled properly. Unfortunately, it seems that it could deform quickly with intensive use. I wouldn't recommend it for continuous work, but at this price, you can't expect more. Overall, it's okay.

The entrenching tool performs its basic function. Thanks to its foldable design, it's easier to fit in a backpack, but I miss even a basic pouch for it. The parts aren't perfectly matched—the whole thing can make noise, and after brief use, it can loosen up. Rivets are used, which makes quick repairs difficult in case they break; a bolt with a nut would be a better solution. For this price, you could say the entrenching tool fulfills its purpose, though it's not without flaws.

The shovel is really sturdy for its price – it has a strong construction, locks well, and doesn’t creak when digging. When folded, it's compact, so it's easy to fit in a backpack. It works great both outdoors and during metal detecting. Solid and durable equipment.

Review for model:

The Badger Outdoor folding shovel is a solid tool that works well for digging and turning over soil. The only downside is that you can hear it when carrying it after folding.

Made with attention to detail and extremely functional. When folded, it doesn't take up much space, and during use, it remains stable and solid. It works great at a campsite, in the car, or outdoors – it will always find a use.

The shovel has many advantages: it's compact, easy to unfold and fold, the blade is quite sharp, and it feels good in hand during use. Unfortunately, the mounting of the blade to the first hinge could be better—two rivets and a thin sheet make it deform more with each use. It’s been with me on several trips and still works, but a different mounting system would significantly extend its life.

This is a recent purchase, haven’t tested it outdoors yet, but while trying it out I noticed at least four ways you can use it, which gives plenty of possibilities. Nice flat spike, almost like a bayonet. Handy for the car or a trip. It’s not super light, I’d think twice before taking it in a backpack.

For light digging in the car, it works quite well. It's light, doesn't take up much space when folded, and unfolds quickly. Unfortunately, when it comes to quality, it's not the best - unstable and falls apart quickly. It probably wouldn't last long in harder ground.

For this price, it’s okay, although the quality could be better—it bends easily and the coating comes off quickly with heavy use. Its practical size and mattock are a plus. I recommend it to everyone when it's on sale.

Solid entrenching tool, the only downside is the paint wearing off (mainly from the spade). The pickaxe is a plus, useful for hard soils, plus a decent saw. Overall, I recommend it.

Review for model:

Nice and practical thing at a low price. The shovel has three modes: small pickaxe, 90-degree angle setting, and spade. The mounting could be more solid. Ideal for simple tasks, worth keeping in the car.

Good shovel for digging out a wheel from mud or snow, though there is play in the mounts and the paint wears off quickly during use. After working in sand, the mechanism can get sandy and harder to operate.
