A black, lightweight hardshell jacket constructed from tough 20D nylon, featuring a waterproof Hydrotex membrane that effectively guards against water intrusion while maintaining a breathability of 20,000 mm/m2. The fabric's outer layer has a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating for additional protection against moisture and dirt. Perfect for both outdoor activities and everyday use.

2.5-layer material structure, high breathability and waterproofness

Crafted from lightweight yet sturdy nylon with a 2.5-layer construction, the jacket incorporates a Hydrotex membrane. It offers a breathability and waterproof rating of 20,000 g/m2, ensuring comfort and reliable protection against rain and snow. The exterior is treated with a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating free from harmful PFC compounds. Taped seams add extra defense against moisture, while reflective elements enhance visibility in low light, boosting user safety.

Waterproof YKK zippers, adjustable cuffs, deep hood

The Girdiman model is equipped with a waterproof YKK AquaGuard zipper that ends with a high stand-up collar, effectively protecting the neck from wind gusts. Velcro-adjustable cuffs feature an elastic insert for additional protection against the cold. Hip drawstrings and a deep, adjustable hood allow for a precise fit. The jacket comes with a compression sack.

Two practical pockets

The jacket features two spacious hip pockets for easy access to essential accessories. Each pocket is closed with a waterproof YKK zipper, which effectively protects the contents from getting wet.

    The jacket is comfortable and carefully made. The material seems durable, and the cut allows for a great deal of freedom of movement. It works great for walks and outdoor activities, especially when the weather is not cooperating. The pockets are functional, and when folded it takes up very little space. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

    I bought it with running on rainy days in mind. It worked great as a lightweight jacket during rain and snow. Even though it's very thin, it protects well against moisture. It handles wind a bit less efficiently, but it's good enough for running in the city.
