durable outer material and DWR coating
The outer part is made 100% from durable polyamide, which features exceptional abrasion resistance and weather resistance. The hydrophobic DWR coating (free of harmful PFC compounds) improves resistance to moisture and dirt.
Waterproof HDTX membrane, taped seams, and splashproof YKK zippers
The Ararat model is equipped with an HDTX membrane, which guarantees waterproofing at a level of 10,000 mm/m2 and breathability at a level of 10,000 g/m2/24 h. This effectively protects against heavy rainfall and wind while wicking excess moisture away. Additional rain protection is provided by durable taped seams and splashproof zippers from the well-known brand YKK.
DuPont Sorona filling for thermal comfort
Under the soft lining is a synthetic DuPont Sorona filling, offering high thermal insulation with low weight. The model is designed to provide warmth comparable to traditional, thick winter jackets, remaining much lighter and more comfortable to wear. The elongated fit further protects the lower body from cold.

The jacket is equipped with a total of four pockets:

Each pocket is equipped with a zipper with a pull tab, making it easy to open and close even while wearing gloves.

The model features an integrated hood with a two-zone adjustment (around the face and at the back of the head), allowing for a precise fit. The rigid visor provides additional protection against rain and wind. The inside of the hood is finished with a soft Polartec microfleece, enhancing thermal comfort and effectively protecting against cold.

Two-way zipper for closing the jacket is placed slightly above the bottom edge of the material, providing greater freedom of movement. Cuffs are equipped with Velcro, allowing them to be conveniently adjusted to wrists or gloves.
High stand-up collar effectively protects the neck from the wind, and the Alpinus Safety reflective elements placed on the hood increase safety when moving in the dark.
