Veggie couscous is a nutritious vegetarian dish that consists mainly of couscous and vegetables. Adventure Food products retain their full flavor and visual appeal, matching a traditionally prepared meal.

The dish has undergone a freeze-drying process, giving it a long shelf life and making it light, so it does not add extra weight to your luggage.

Ingredients: couscous (61%), sunflower oil, raisins (6%), peppers, peas (4%), tomatoes (4%), onions, glucose syrup, hydrolyzed protein (corn, rapeseed), carrots (2%), modified starch (modified corn starch), parsley (0.31%), mint (0.31%), garlic, natural flavor, pepper, lemon flavor (maltodextrin, flavor)

The taste of the food is average, but it works well for trips or camping. The portion is filling, and preparation takes little time and is convenient even outside the home. The shipment arrived without any problems, and the description matched reality.

This stew is a safe bet for recovery after exertion. Its creamy sauce and tender pieces provide real thermal comfort, all with an ideal caloric intake for long days of walking.

It's a convenient and practical meal for travel and outdoor activities. Just add boiling water and wait a few minutes for it to be ready to eat. The portion is filling for its weight, and the taste is surprisingly good for a freeze-dried meal. It is especially useful when ease of preparation and caloric value are important in the field.

Small, lightweight packaging, preparation is quick and simple, and the food is very tasty. A warm meal improves your mood, it's worth having such a supply, and the Adventure Food brand deserves recognition.

I decided to buy it because of the low price, but it wasn't the best choice. The taste of the dish is very average, even for a freeze-dried meal. In my opinion, it's better to pay a little more and choose another brand – Lyofood offers much better quality at a similar price.

I chose the variant with pasta and salmon – the salmon is more of a flavor addition, but the whole dish is really good. With crackers, it could be a nice idea for dinner or breakfast.

I buy Mexican-style Quinoa for my vegetarian girlfriend – she really likes it and enjoys eating it. Just add some croutons to make it filling. I have been using their products for a long time.

Quite good in taste. The portion is rather small, so it's hard to fill up, but it's enough for a quick hunger fix. After pouring in, you should mix thoroughly so there are no lumps at the bottom. I recommend trying it.

It tastes good and costs a bit less than from other companies. It's worth remembering to mix it thoroughly after pouring, and in my opinion, to add a bit more water than the instructions suggest.

The perfect meal for a quick lunch during a break in the field. It requires a small amount of water, and the amount of food is sufficient (especially if you add something sweet for dessert). I recommend mixing the dish thoroughly, because I did it poorly and ended up with powder and hard pasta at the bottom – but that was my mistake, not a flaw in the product.

Chicken rice tastes similar in most companies. The taste is fine, nothing more is needed. I recommend it because of the lower price, although portions of 500-650 kcal may not be enough for those who are hungrier, but there is an option to choose larger portions.

This is not a classic carbonara – it contains a lot of chives and other vegetables, so it resembles more of a pasta with cheese and vegetables. The sauce is watery, even when using less water than suggested. I wouldn't buy it again, although the price is attractive.

Easy to prepare and a tasty dish that even the kids liked during a mountain trip. The simple recipe, low weight, and compact size make it worth having as a spare for various outings.

For me, there's a bit too much leek, its taste is quite noticeable. However, overall it's decent. The portion is very filling. As for the downsides, the packaging tears so high that it's hard to reach the bottom with a small spoon.

You have to add more water than they suggest in order for it to dissolve well. The taste is rather chemical, I don’t taste any sauce, and the beef is just dry pieces. Generally, I like this brand of freeze-dried food, but so far I consider this dish the weakest.
