5.11 Flag Bearer Cap - MultiCam

A baseball cap featuring a 6-panel construction composed of cotton. Ventilation holes at the top provide sufficient air circulation. Inner webbing with foam draws away moisture and enhances wearing comfort.

The adjustable girth closure allows for easy cap adjustment. A Velcro panel (hook-and-loop) on the front measuring 9 × 5 cm allows for attaching any emblem, such as a national flag, unit insignia, or so-called morale patches. Additionally, the cap features a Velcro panel on the top (2.5 × 2.5 cm) and another one on the back measuring (7 × 2 cm).

MultiCam is an advanced camouflage pattern created in 2002 by the American company Crye Precision in collaboration with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior program. The aim was to develop a versatile camouflage that performs well across different terrains and changing environmental conditions. Incorporating seven colors, the MultiCam pattern features gradients blending shades of green, brown, and beige. This enables it to adapt dynamically to surroundings, appearing greener in forested areas or adopting brown and beige hues in desert regions. In Central and Eastern European settings, it is particularly effective during autumn and among dry vegetation. MultiCam has earned global recognition and is utilized by various military forces and special units. In 2010, the pattern was officially selected by the US Army for soldiers stationed in Afghanistan, replacing the previous Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). Additionally, civilian users can access the pattern, making it a popular choice among military or airsoft enthusiasts.
