These pants are not made in the same way as the other 5.11 pants I own. The fabric is lighter (but still waterproof), making it ideal for summer. Instead of a snap button, there's a regular button, made of steel and secured with a reinforced fabric strip. I have no concerns about the durability of this button. We'll see if the fabric is as durable as the brand's other pants.

Tactical pants in Black color are made from Flex-Tac material with reinforced Rip-Stop weave, which is a blend of 71% polyester and 29% cotton. An additional teflon coating increases stain resistance and provides protection against water absorption.
