Balaclavas

A balaclava is a type of elongated cap with holes, capable of covering the face and neck. A balaclava is also often referred to from English as a balaclava. The balaclavas are often used by special forces and the military, mainly to make it difficult for an opponent to identify themselves. Also reenactment groups are very fond of using the balaclavas, and they are often chosen by airsoft players for extra protection against bullets hitting the face and are an alternative to the scarf. Very often, balaclavas are made of thermoactive materials. They are worn by motorcyclists or rally and racing drivers, where they serve as an additional layer to cushion the head in a helmet and provide adequate thermal comfort. Skiers also like to use balaclavas, which then protect the face from the wind and cold, flooding the face during fast skiing on the slopes.

Using chimney sweeps will also shield the respiratory tract and face from dust and the sun's rays in dry climates. Mantels come in many varieties, so we offer single-hole mantels with a wide cutout for the eyes, two-hole mantels with a single cutout for the eyes and an additional cutout for the mouth or nose, and three-hole mantels that have separate cutouts for each eye and a cutout for the mouth or nose. The mantels are made of various materials, including cotton, polyester, polyamide, lycra or merino wool, a very warm natural material also known as merino. The balaclavas are available in many colors, not only black, but also coyote or olive, among others, in camouflage patterns called moro and prints, such as skulls.

When rolled up in the right way, the balaclava will also serve very well as a hat, and some models of one-hole balaclavas can be used as a bandana, covering the mouth and nose or acting as a chimney to shield the neck from the wind.
