A balaclava with 1 opening in black, effectively protecting the head, neck, and face from the cold and wind. The elastic knit fabric made with 4-Way Stretch technology ensures a very good fit. The material wicks moisture away from the skin, helping maintain a dry microclimate during activity.
lightweight and durable fabric
The balaclava is made from knit fabric composed of 95% recycled polyester and 5% elastane. Polyester is responsible for the durability of the material, its low weight, and quick drying. Synthetic fibers reduce moisture retention next to the skin and support the transfer of sweat to the outer layer of the fabric, where it can evaporate more quickly.
Elastane increases the stretch of the material and enables the balaclava to fit the shape of the head, neck, and face better. The combination of 2 types of fibers made it possible to create a lightweight, flexible, and quick-drying knit fabric designed for activity in varied conditions.
4-way stretch technology - fit and comfort
The balaclava is made with 4-Way Stretch technology, thanks to which the material stretches in four directions. The knit fabric adapts to the shape of the head, face, and neck, and after removal it returns to its original form. The elasticity provides a close but non-restrictive fit. It reduces shifting of the material during movement and makes it easier to wear the balaclava, for example under a helmet.
ventilation openings for efficient airflow
In the mouth area, laser-cut ventilation openings have been placed. They increase air circulation and help wick away moisture during breathing. The front part of the balaclava is equipped with 1 wide face opening, which can be adjusted depending on conditions. The material can cover the nose and mouth during wind and low temperature or be pulled down below the chin.
