Solar mat 14 W generating clean, renewable and above all free energy straight from the sun. It allows you to efficiently charge various types of electronic devices. It will be useful when you are on vacation in an RV, when camping away from civilization or at home in case of a blackout.

With the help of the mat, you can supply energy to, for example, a smartphone, camera, sports camera or ebook reader. The advantage is also compatibility with most Xtorm powerbanks, the charging of which will allow you to use electricity after dark. The model is equipped with 2 FastCharge outputs (USB-C, USB-A), which allow you to charge 2 devices simultaneously.

It is equipped with highly efficient monocrystalline cells that generate 14 W of current. An integrated LCD display keeps you informed about the panel's performance.

The mat is easy to carry due to its foldable design and low weight. The integrated bracket allows any positioning during use. The panels are made of sturdy ETEF plastic, which protects the batteries from mechanical damage and is splash-proof (waterproof to IPX4).

The system is equipped with temperature control to protect against overheating, protection against overcharging and automatic adjustment of charging speed to the connected devices.

    Overall, the product is fine. I tested it in mid-December, so with weak sunlight it delivered about 1W of power. Charging the phone from 40% to full took between 1 and 2 hours. The panel folding on its own on uneven surfaces is a bit of a drawback, but it probably results from long storage in the folded position and can be overcome. The entire product seems well made, and I can recommend this device.

    This is my second solar mat from this manufacturer – I already have the 28W model, and now I've bought a smaller one, 14W, for lighter use during trips. It stands out for its solid and aesthetic workmanship and low weight. I hope it will serve me for a long time.

    The mat is of very good quality, carefully made, equipped with both a modern USB-C port and a classic USB-A. The integrated Velcro stand adds functionality. Now I am waiting for strong summer sun to fully test its capabilities.

    The product is made at a very high level, which is not surprising because it's Xtorm, not some unknown manufacturer or a cheap Chinese brand. It allows charging through two ports, both directly and not only via the power bank. It is splash resistant. Contrary to the instructions, it can even work through glass.
